Snow is an indicater of WEATHER, not CLIMATE!
When ‘they’ started educating us about the coming climate changes, they said the swings in regional weather would become more extreme (deeper snows, longer droughts…weather norms in small local areas would begin to shift so that areas that were once mild and wet would become hot and dry, areas that once had deep glaciers would have mild weather with glacier melt,etc.) I guess you were so busy listening to the political rants of talk radio that you missed the reality of scientific explanation.
It’s not too late, educate yourself…put aside your politics and be open to all interpretations of scientific data instead of political crap. These wild swings of the weather pendulum may very well ‘fix’ the global changes, I don’t know, nobody KNOWS for sure. But one thing IS for sure, politics can’t replace truth and science.
Why yes… it is – an indicator of weather, not climate.
What do you expect? – climate is dynamic not static.

Interesting. They say that another sign of low intelligence is sticking one’s fingers in one’s ears and singing, “lalalalalalalalalalalala” so one can’t hear any other voices besides the ones in one’s head. Since you allowed my first post, and even replied to it, it didn’t occur to me that this page, which looks so much like all the other climate-focused WordPress pages, was any different.
But now I know. Thank you for directing me to your About page in such a civilized and polite manner.
That would be be same “low interest” one can see, when someone enters another’s home and throws their feet upon the table. Some believe they have a “right” to be rude. You seem to have had a high enough “interest” to challenge me, to the point of rudeness, in your posts – Yet, claim “low interest” as a defense.
Looks can be deceiving – eh? Just as I warned you about… those of low Intelligence making “guesses” and “assumptions” without a base, as in your first comment you felt you needed to gift to me.
Do the rude and intelligently challenged understand reciprocity?
You claim that this is just your ‘scrapbook’ and you don’t want debate, but the first page of yours that I saw was “Time To Call In The Debt” on which you were debating with someone named Ed…it didn’t seem quite as civilized a discussion as you might have in your home. (and, for the record, I wouldn’t DREAM of putting my feet on anyone’s furniture.) And much like you’re manipulating my point of view by cherry-picking which posts you release from moderation, his point of view was being manipulated by your editing.
Discussions of these topics tend to fall into the category of contact sports and it’s more honest to remain an unharmed spectator than to falsify the impression a poster leaves by editing and withholding posts in moderation. I know this post won’t make it out of moderation either, and that’s fine, I’m sure the people who know you best around here are already familiar with your tactics. Enjoy having the last word, I hope it finally fills that spot that is making you behave this way.

You’re right about Ed’s post…must have been some other debate in which I saw you engaged that did not give me the impression that you did not want to engage. Sorry for the confusion. I would go through all the pages to find the correct one but…well, I think we’re done.
I would offer one suggestion though…if you would place your little “please don’t state your opinion on my scrapbook” warning at the beginning of each page, you’ll have a happier future.
Just like I don’t put my feet on the furniture I don’t use language that would offend your word censor settings.
I think Ed may have [correctly] anticipated reader confusion because his name was in the header of the reply, so when you said, “my edits in bold” immediately following “Ed says…” it looked as if they were Ed’s. Doesn’t matter, I am leaving you to peaceful scrapbooking, sorry to have bothered you, Kim.
BUT you do go to someone’s home [ as shown in your posts to me here ] and rudely try to dictate how I should run it.
