So, there’s a bit of a back-and-forth between senators Ted Cruz and Al Franken over the proposed “net neutrality”.
Now, mind you, there has been several different proposals which claim to attempt to force “net neutrality”. On this latest, I’m uncertain as to the specifics of the rule, which is always the devil in the details.
