Shock News!!!! Coal Consumption And Hurricane Energy Inversely Correlated!!!

So, apparently, the more the world burns coal, the less energy our hurricanes and tropical storms have. At least, nearly over the last 25 years!

For the uninitiated, “ACE” stands for Accumulated Cyclonic Energy. The blue line on the graph represents the years’ total for each hurricane and tropical storm, summed for the year. I’ve added trend lines for both, ACE and coal consumption.
