Well, heck, it’s a bit of a slow news day if you don’t count how many times Zero and the LSM got punked by reality. And, one can only laugh so much at them before you realize you’re picking on the mentally handicapped. So, I thought now would be a good time for me to explain what I believe should drive US diplomacy and foreign policy.

I think Teddy had it just about right. Speak softly and carry a big stick. You don’t have to make empty threats to project strength, in fact, red lines and consequences without weight do nothing but project weakness. Not only is it a very dangerous thing to project, it also greatly limits your ability to carry out foreign diplomacy.
