Good Trees, Bad Trees June 2

A canal of river water borders one side of the land at our cottage in Mexico and is lined with a variety of fruit trees that for the most part “planted themselves.” I did plant a lemon tree among them, but have little concern for watering it once it gets a little bigger, just as I do not water any of the others along that side. Their roots draw from the canal and do very well there.
We have other trees a distance from the canal which do require consistent watering, or they would stop producing fruit. They are just like us. We must continually draw from the Lord and His Word, remembering to stay in His presence and away from ungodly influences. Then…
