Positive Peers May 4

When I was growing up, few of my friends were actually believers. I just always took it in stride that I was different and shouldn’t bring it up much if I wanted to keep my friends. I somehow came to the conclusion that it was “normal” to have unbelievers as friends.

So by the time I went to college, it seemed perfectly acceptable to hang out with people who had no righteousness in them (though I really knew that it was wrong). To ease my conscience, at times I tried to talk about the Bible, but I really wasn’t much of a role model, so I wasn’t very credible.
