I challenge you to find any law enforcement agent at any level of government who has trained with these targets. Alex Jones (who is insane) claims that some anonymous person claims to have sold these posters to someone (also anonymous) in some unspecified government agency, for use as targets. That’s not evidence of anything at all, except the gullibility of people who listen to Alex Jones.
