I’m actually a bit disappointed that the focus is suddenly on Ryan.  It needs to be on Romney, but I can’t help but point this incredible vapid stretch by HuffPo and idiot writer Jason Cherkis.  In fact, after my next beer, I’ll prolly email him to laugh at his absurdity.

Here’s the head line….

In recent years, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) has increasingly held himself to a higher standard than the rest of Congress when it comes to what he considered wasteful federal spending.

Then it talks about how he just didn’t measure up and it basically insinuates that he’s for hire.  The proof?

In 2004, Ryan wrote Norman Mineta, the Secretary of Transportation, on behalf of the chemical company PPG Industries. Ryan began by saying he was “writing to share the concerns” of the company over a proposed rule concerning the transportation of hazardous materials.
