HuffPo does a funny thing often. They often put Comedy Central on their front page.
This, of course, confuses leftists, and they mistake it for real news and commentary. So, Stewart is poking fun at the Reps for wanting to run a clean election without all of the personal attacks and lies about their policy proposals, because they get a bit irked when team Obama roles out one bit of idiocy after then next.
