Today, I’m offering two seemingly unrelated studies for discussion. In fact, just about the only thing which relates these studies are the Carbon hysteria and the proposed solutions to such problems.
The first one displays what most of us skeptics already know…….. economics in the developed world is cleaner than in the developing world. The word cleaner is used in the context of how econuts consider it. For instance, when environmentalism gets an industry shut down in the developed world, the production simply shifts to a developing nation with less environmental regulations, so, the net effect is more CO2 emissions and emissions of real damaging pollutants. China is a wonderful example of this in action. The first study offered is responding to the suggestion by the EPA that certain operations should be taxed based on their emissions.
